Succeed is a school application and management platform that connects parents, schools, and educational authorities in South Africa. The Service facilitates school applications, document verification, and communication between stakeholders.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. User Responsibilities

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions made by schools regarding applications or for any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
